POWER MOVES: Lauren Anderson

It's never about where you come from but always where your going. Born In Gary, Indiana and raised in The boogie down Bronx Ms. Anderson has made major strides for herself and her business located in Las Vegas. By the age of 22, Ms. Anderson had obtained her masters degree in human resource management. Shortly after graduating , she exceled her career by gaining experience working at three of the world's largest gaming and hospitality corporations in Las Vegas. Lauren worked in the corporate human resources and talent acquisition department. After making her mark in the gaming and hospitality industry , Lauren went on to start her own business , which would eventually change the tech industry in Las Vegas and bring in more diversity.

Owner of All-In Recruiting and Talent Boutique which specializes in recruiting and hiring talented and diverse professionals from mid-senior levels in the tech industry. The focal point when hiring candidates is to hire more minority women. All-In recruiting has been in operation for the last two years, and has already received major recognition and featured nationally in Las Vegas Black Image, Businesswire and Rolling Out magazine. In 2020, All-In-Recruiting received business funding from multi-billion dollar investment firm Advantage Capital.

Prior to turning the big 30 , Lauren had already embarked on her journey as a full-time boss bae. By the age of 33, she had finally achieved her long term goal and opened the all-in-recruiting headquarters in Las Vegas in December 2020. Lauren is extremely grateful for this opportunity amid a world-wide pandemic, as many of us know a lot of black businesses have not been as fortunate. Lauren's work ethic , mindset and her genuine spirit have attributed to her many successes. She will be honored by Black Image magazine and Channel 13 KTNV with the 2021 Las Vegas Black Image Magazine Honor on February 20th, 2021 virtually for anyone who's interested in viewing.
