Blueberry Yogurt Muffins with a Cinnamon Crumble

1 cup Greek yogurt 

2 cups of flour 

1/2 sugar 

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda 

1/2 vegetable oil 

1 cup blueberries 

Dash of cinnamon 


1- preheat oven to 355 F

2-spray muffin tin or line with wrappers

3-combine all dry ingredients 

4-combine all wet ingredients and mix in dry until combined 

5-add blueberries into the batter 

6- pour batter into muffin tins 

7-top with cinnamon crumb mixture ( 1/4 flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp softened butter or shortening, combined to form crumb) 

8- bake 25-30 mins 

9- cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
