BUCKWHEAT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
Buckwheat flour : 3 tsp
Banana : 1
Seedless dates : 2
Raisins : 8-10
Cashews : 5-6
Water : 1 glass (100ml)
Method:
Soak buckwheat flour for 20 minutes. Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it. Thick healthy smoothie is ready. Top it with walnuts or chia seeds
