Cast Iron Sesame Garlic Seasoned Chicken Thigh In a Leek Garlic Carrot And Chicken Broth Bath

12 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2-4 stalkes of clean and chopped leeks depending on your love for onion taste

3 gloves minced garlic

1 pound of cleaned and chopped carrots

2-3 cups of chicken stock

2 table spoons of olive oil

◦ Sear the chicken off in a cast iron on medium to high heat for 2 min a side then remove

◦ Once done add in the Olive Oil Carrots Leeks and Garlic for 5 min

◦ Then Add in the Chicken Stock and Add Chicken Thighs back to the pan

◦ At this point you can choose to finish in a 350 Degree Oven for 25 min on the middle rack

◦ Or Finish on The stove top for 20 min, but this method will cause for more of a clean up

◦ Serve as is or atop quinoa or brown rice
