For the past week or so, allllll I’ve been able to think about is a warm, slightly undercooked batch of home made chocolate chip cookies. Am I the only one who insists on taking them out of the oven a minute or two early just for that ooey gooey center?! It’s such a guilty pleasure of mine, and to be honest- the only RIGHT way to eat chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients:
☼ 1 stick of butter, softened
☼ 1/2 c white sugar
☼ 1/4 c brown sugar
☼ 1 egg
☼ 1 tsp vanilla extract
☼ 1 1/2 c flour
☼ 1/2 tsp baking soda
☼ 1/4 tsp salt
☼ 3/4 c mini chocolate chips, or to preference
How To:
In a large bowl, begin to beat together your butter and sugars until fluffy. Add in your egg and vanilla extract and beat for another minute or so. Slowly add in your flour, baking soda + salt and mix until well combined. Finally, add in your desired amount of mini chocolate chips + continue to fold the dough. Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes, or 7-8 if you like them a little bit undercooked just like me!
