Chicken Cutlets ..





One of my most profound memories as a kid was coming home to these cutlets made by my grandma... May it have been beef, chicken or veggies they were the absolute best!

Here goes the recipe...

Chicken /Beef/mutton /vegetable Cutlets

👉1 pound chicken mince

👉One onion finely chopped

👉Garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon

👉Pepper powder 1 teaspoon

👉Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

👉Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

👉2 green chilies finely chopped

👉Hand full Coriander /parsley/chives

👉1 egg

👉Breadcrumbs to fry

Method ..

👉Wash and apply salt for the chicken mince

👉Chop the onion, coriander and green chilies finely

👉Mix everything together n bind it together

👉shape the cutlets the way you wan

👉 coat them with bread crumbs

👉 heat up a pan on medium high heat

👉 add 2 tbsp. of olive oil after 3 mins

👉shallow fry till they’re golden brown.
