"This Is Me", a Disney Plus musical was created specifically for the inclusion of LGBTQ+ community. This movie was created to help empower all identities!

The Disney magic that was created in this feature film helped celebrate pride month with this grand production with character collaborations from some of the Muppets, music from "This Is Me" performed by the music group DCapella from "The Greatest Showman". Also, "A Whole New World" was performed by Frankie And Joe from High School Musical.

This was a 35-minute production, in which Nina West, the host changed into multiple dresses five times, starting with a Cinderella Castle inspired gown. “Be Our Guest,” was the first song performed by Nina herself.

After watching the production, I can say it was well orchestrated, from the set designs and musical selections, to the marvelous color schemes and wardrobe. I was very impressed that they brought in talent from all cultures to show the diversity, starting with Michael Scott brought in the jazz touch with performing " A Friend Like Me" from the movie "Aladdin" to Alex Newell singing one of my favorite movie songs "Poor Unfortunate Souls" from the Little Mermaid.

It was stated that Ursula character was in fact inspired by the drag Performer Devine. Another fact, Howard Ashmond, who was a pioneering gay artist, produced some of our favorite songs from Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, and Aladdin.

Nina ended the show with saying "Love is love is love is love. Love each other and yourselves", honoring pride month and all apart of the LGBTQ+ community.
