Ingredients:
3 oz prosciutto
1 ball of buratta
8oz shredded mozzarella
1 can of marinated artichoke
4 asparagus cut into inch long pieces
1/4 cup of snap peas shelled
3 tablespoons of good olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 lemon zested
1/2 lemon juiced
I used trader joes pre made dough but feel free to make your own if you would prefer
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a blender mix the lemon juice, zest garlic and oil for 1 min
Flour your surface and roll out the dough
Spread the olive oil and garlic sauce over the dough
Get about 2 cups of water boiling on the stove, add a bit of salt and drop in the asparagus and snap peas for 30 seconds, then cool those off in an ice bath
Add the shredded mozzarella to the dough and top with the asparagus and the snap peas and artichoke
In a 425 degree oven cook the pizza for 12 minutes or until you get the desired crispness you like on pizza
While its cooking, tear your prosciutto and buratta into pieces
Pull the pizza top with the prosciutto and buratta, sprinkle with a bit of salt and enjoy and amazing meal
