INGREDIENTS
2 lb. ground turkey
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. Grainy Mustard of your choice
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 Onion - chopped
2 Yellow peppers - chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Cheese of your choice
Step 1 - On the Stove top sauté the chopped onion garlic and yellow peppers until soft
Step 2 - Once soft stir in the Mustard to the mixture and take of the heat to cool for an hour, You can cover and put it in the fridge to speed up this process
Step 3 - Add the turkey to a mixing bowl and mix in the veggies
Step 4 - Salt and Pepper the mixture and form your patties
Step 5 - As there is no binder in this mixture, you will need to place the formed patties back in the fridge for minimum of 1 hour as they need to firm up.
Step 6 - Throw them on the grill on medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side, with a minute left add the cheese so it gets nice and melty
Step 7 - ENJOYYYYYYY on a bed of Lettuce or with as is.
