INGREDIENTS: Watermelon cubed or scooped Mini heirloom tomatoes 10 oz. feta cheese, cubed or crumbs ¾ sliced red onion (optional) ½ fresh basil and sage
Olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
½ tbsp. red onion, minced
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
INSTRUCTIONS: Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes or scooped Grill the watermelon a bit in some balsamic vinegar and olive oil mini tomatoes Slice red onion (optional) Cut feta into small pieces Tear or chop fresh basil and sage Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl Combine dressing ingredients in a small container with a lid. Shake well; pour over salad. Toss & serve.
