Homemade Sausage Rolls Made of Organic Boiled Chicken & Beef

4 glasses of plain flour

3 whole eggs

1 organic butter

1 packet of yeast (approx 7 g)

1 glass of double cream

0.5 teaspoon of salt

1 onion cut into very small cubes

1 teaspoon of powder pepper

1 teaspoon of nutmeg


2 kg of boiled chicken and beef. I use 1 kg chicken and 1 kg of beef, cooked in a broth ideally a day before then minced in a food processor.

To make the filling:

  1. Fry onion until golden

  2. Mix minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and egg

To make the dough:

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough: flour, egg, double cream, yeast, whole butter, salt (1 teaspoon)

  2. Mix with hands and make big balls and use dough pressing roller to make big circles

  1. Put filling into big circles and cut into small pieces

  2. Place them onto the baking tray

  3. Beat one egg with a fork and baste the mixture on top of each piece

  4. Optionally add sesame seeds on top

  5. Bake for 30 min at 200 degrees
