After the release of B. Simone's new book, Baby Girl: Just Manifest The Life You Want, plagiarism issues arose as B. Simone included questions in her book that was taken from another author's "50 Questions to Find Your Best Self."
Simone's "Questions to Find Your Best Self" version spread controversy as fans took to Twitter screenshots of where Simone got her ideas from.
As fans and followers were quick to say that Simone is "canceled" for stealing content from less-known content creators and selling it as her own, Meek Mill made a comment that defended Simone's actions.
Meek tweeted "B Simone canceled because she finessed a book and made her way from the bottom lol what major companies y’all cancel for ripping our culture off? finding ways to display hate towards our own when they start doing good is showing amongst us a lot!"
As fans also disagreed with Meek's support, Meek couldn't understand all of the backlash against the Black star by the Black community.
Earlier this week, Simone also received backlash from her comments regarding not wanting to date a man who works a 9-to-5 but an entrepreneur instead. Simone has been taking to Instagram her responses to the recent events but it seems like her fans are being unforgiving.
