One Pot Salmon Vesuvio

4 - 6oz Skin On Salmon Filets

3 tablespoon’s minced garlic

3 table spoons olive oil

1 table spoon Italian seasoning

1 chicken bouillon cube

1 16.2 oz Container of Bone Broth Chicken

9 red potatoes cut into fours

2 cup frozen peas

1 tablespoon onion powder


Step 1 - Heat up the olive oil and garlic in your cast-iron

Step 2 - Add the red potatoes and season with the onion powder and cook for 10 minutes

Step 3 - Add Bone broth, bouillon cube and Italian seasoning and cook for 20 more minutes on a low simmer

Step 4 - Add the Salmon Filets and cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes

Step 5 - Drop The oven down to 325 degrees and add the frozen peas for the final 10 minutes

Step 6 - Enjoy
