Ingredients:
0.5 glass of quinoa
1 glass of water
1 egg
5 table spoons of flour (can be classic or spelt or any other)
0.5 of glass of pumpkin purée (I keep small patroons of it in my freezer)
1 apple (grated)
1/3 small spoon of cinnamon
Sunflower oil for frying
Method:
Rinse and cook quinoa according to package instructions and let is cool down
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Fry until cooked through
Serve according to your preferences. My son loved them with white cheese and blueberries
