Ingredients:
6 Vidalia onions
2 cups water
2 bouillon cubes
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 bottle of 10oz sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
Place the 6 onions water and bouillon cubes in the slow cooker on low for 6 hours
While that is cooking marinate the chicken thighs in the sweet chili sauce
Once the timer on the onions expires - sear the chicken thighs in a cast iron for 2 minutes a side - remove from the pan and add the onions and any chili sauce that is left
Place the chicken thighs back on top and finish in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
