Over the weekend, Swizz Beatz was trending after he made some hasty comments about Drake during an IG live with Busta Rhymes- and if there wasn’t beef after that, there’s definitely beef now.
The two were on Swizz Beatz’ IG live series ‘Zone Radio’ discussing a track by Busta and Drake that was recently leaked. The song, “Stay Down,” was apparently created back in 2013 when they both were signed to Young Money.
The song never surfaced until now, for whatever reason. The leak didn’t seem to upset Busta, but Swizz clearly felt a way about it.
Despite Busta attempting to provide context, explaining that Drake wasn’t seeking to do a record with him but rather one with J. Dilla, the producer, Swizz still went on to call him “P*ssy” and say that his “filter is burnt” where he and his camp are concerned.
Later on Father’s Day, Swizz went to his IG story to issue somewhat of an apology saying it wasn’t the right platform to express those feelings.

Although, it looks like his apology was rejected. Drake’s close friend Chubbs tagged Swizz in a post to his IG story basically telling him to keep his apology and that same energy.
As of now, Drake has yet to respond.
